These terms and conditions together with any additional terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers found on the Used Gun Sales Pty Ltd (Used Gun Sales) website, form the conditions of your use of the Website. By accessing and browsing the website and (if applicable) your Used Gun Sales account, you accept and acknowledge these terms and conditions.
2. Your use and browsing of this website is at your own risk. Used Gun Sales shall not be made liable and accepts no responsibility for any loss, expense or liability, including but not limited to property damage, which you may incur from using or relying on the contents in the website. Used Gun Sales will not be liable for any loss resulting from any failure, virus’, malfunction or delay in the operation of any equipment or software used when accessing the Website
3. In order to place an advertisement (ad) you must:
- be 18 years and over
- if you are selling a firearm or firearm part, you must possess a current valid Australian shooters or dealers license. Any transfers of firearms or firearm parts must be made through a registered firearms dealer and in accordance with relevant state laws and legislation.
4. As a seller it is your responsibility to ensure all advertised material:
- is true and accurate
- not fraudulent or illegal
- not in breach of copyright from any third party
- is removed once sold or withdrawn from sale
- abides by all relevant state laws and legislation in regards to advertising of firearms.
5. You must not submit an ad which:
- does not comply with relevant state laws and legislation
- lists multiple items in a single ad
You must not alter or amend an ad to offer an item different from the one originally submitted.
6. All ads except those listed in the category "wanted" are listed until sold or a maximum of 365 days. All ads listed in the category "wanted" are listed for a maximum of 90 days. Once your Used Gun Sales account has been approved and activated, you must login every 90 days to keep your account active. Used Gun Sales reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or profiles, and/or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including, without limitation, where Used Gun Sales has reason to believe that your conduct breaches any applicable law or regulation or is harmful to the interests of Used Gun Sales or any of its users.
7. All payments once submitted are final. Used Gun Sales will not give refunds or credits after such has occurred. You will not be entitled to a refund or credit should Used Gun Sales withdraw or terminate your ad if you are in breach of any part of this agreement. With regard to a refund for a product purchased this depends on the sale terms between the buyer & seller and Used Gun Sales take no responsibility. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Australian Dollars.
8. Accuracy of information. While Used Gun Sales tries to update the information or materials on this website as often as possible, no assurance is given that it is up to date, accurate, error free or complete. In using the website, you acknowledge that the majority of the information being viewed by you is information being supplied to us by third parties. Used Gun Sales reserved the right to add, amend, correct, delete and alter any information submitted should it be found misleading or offensive.
